Is there a contract that I have to sign? Reservations are made through RentLuxuryHomes.com website, however all contracts for those rentals are made directly between you and the owner of the property.

How much deposit will I need to place?

50% Reservation Deposit due 4 days after booking.

When do I pay the balance?

50% Final Payment due 30 days prior to check-in

What are accepted methods of payment?

Accepted methods of payment are certified check, money order, wire transfer or personal check.

How much tax is there to pay?
There are two taxes on all totals.

What is a security deposit, how much is it and when will I get it back?

A Security Deposit is calculated on each house depending on the quality of the furnishings, which is held in the event of damage, abuse or negligence on the tenants part. The security deposit will be refunded in the form in which it was given within 30 days of departure. Security deposits are always due prior to check-in.

What happens if I cause damage?

Should any damage beyond normal wear and tear or theft occur, you will be charged for the repair or replacement of the damaged or stolen item before your departure.

What is an exit cleaning fee and how much is it?

The cleaning fee is charged to pay for the maid service to bring your property back to the condition it was found when you checked in. It is calculated at $50.00 per bedroom or den.

Is maid service offered during my stay?

Maid service can be arranged for you ahead of time. It is calculated at the following rates:

How do I find the home? Where can I get directions?

Prior to your arrival, directions and/or keyless entry codes or are sent to you via e-mail. If there is no keyless entry, someone will greet you at the property with keys. You must call RentLuxuryHomes.com to let them know your time of arrival. You can also go to the map software on Maps.Yahoo.com, type in the address of the property, to get detailed directions.

What do I need to bring?

Our homes are fully furnished and include all amenities, including linens and towels. You only need to bring clothing and personal hygiene items. Bring some beach towels for the beach or water parks.

Does each unit have a washer and dryer?

All single family homes will have a washer and dryer in the home. Some condos may also have personal use machines, however, all will have shared machines (may cost extra).

Can I smoke in the homes?

No. All properties are non-smoking. Any guest found in violation at any time will be asked to leave. All monies for the reservation will be forfeited including the security deposit.

What time is check in and check out?

Check-in time is 3:00P
Check-out time is 11:00AM, however, maids should be allowed in after 10:00AM

Can I get the house provisioned prior to my arrival with groceries, alcohol and supplies?

RentLuxuryHomes.com offers its clients the option of a Personal Shopper to provision the home prior to check-in. To order your groceries, click on the "Shopping List" Online and fill out your grocery list.

Can I have a chef prepare meals for me?

RentLuxuryHomes.com offers its clients several options for a private chef and catering. To view several options, click on the "In-House Catering Options" Online. You can order ahead of time and have meals delivered to you.

What if I need a crib, toys for the kids, roll-away beds, high chairs etc.?

RentLuxuryHomes.com works with a local company called "Baby Borrow" which will deliver any items that you need to your property prior to arrival. To call them directly, call 954-489-0082 and speak to Vinnie.

What if I need medical supplies, beds, special equipment?

RentLuxuryHomes.com works with two local companies:

They will deliver any items that you need to your property prior to arrival.

Can I bring my pet/s?

Each property owner has different policies on pets. You must request permission to bring any animal into a RentLuxuryHomes property. Any guest found in violation at any time will be asked to leave. All monies for the reservation will be forfeited.
