How Do I Use This Website?
Determine how
many people are going to be sleeping at the property and how
many beds you need. Remember, many of the homes will
have pullout sofas or futons for additional sleeping
quarters. Pick the location you want to stay.
Decide if you want high-end luxury (4-STAR 
and 5-STAR  properties), or if a moderately furnished property (2-STAR
 and 3-STAR 
properties) will do. Once you have determined the
number of bedrooms needed, you can click on the underlined

property (also a "hyperlink" to the main website
of that" property). In addition, there is a
"STAR" rating.

Column "B"
tells you the number of bedrooms, baths, and how many of
each type of beds in the property.
Column "C"
tells you whether it is a "single home",
"townhome", "duplex" or
"condo".
Column "D"tells
you the approximate location "NE Fort Lauderdale"
and the neighborhood name "Landings".
Column "E"
tells you whether it is a "waterfront" property or
Oceanfront" and whether there is dockage for your boat.
Column "F"
tells you if there is a pool, whether it is
"shared" or "heated" or
"private" and if there is a "hot tub"
outdoors.
Column "G"
tells you the approximate mileage or number of blocks to the
beach
Column "H"
tells you additional information about pricing, and
availability, however, the "Specials" will override these
prices. There is also an availability calendar for
each property, simply click on the "Purple
Button", or to check rates, click on the
"Orange" button.
Column "I"
tells you additional information about smoking,
pets etc.
