rental agreements are signed directly between the "Owner" of the
property and the "Tenant. All amounts are in US dollars and are
paid directly to the owner of the property. All deposit funds must clear
owners bank account prior to confirmation of reservation.
All rental amounts of 6 months or less are subject to Florida Sales tax and
local county tourist taxes for properties located in the following
counties. All homeowners are expected to collect and pay their taxes
according to the states and local ordinances.
In properties specifically noted a non-smoking, tenants may forfeit 100% of
their damage security deposits if smoke is detected in the properties.
In properties specifically noted "Pet Friendly", all pets must be
approved by the owner prior to booking.
House Parties ARE NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances.
Accommodations are equipped for and limited to the number shown on the contract. The owner's
reserve the right to refund deposits, refuse rentals, and to terminate
occupancies if, in the owner's opinion, the occupancy is detrimental to the
safe keeping of the property.
Check-in time for 2, 3 and
4 bedroom homes check in is at 3:00 p.m. Every effort is made to process
check-ins as soon as possible. If you have a special request for
check-in, please let us know ahead of time.
DEPARTURE MAID SERVICE is arranged for all rentals at the specified cost in your
agreement. Upon departure, remove all trash and perishable items from the unit
and place it in the garbage containers outside of the property. Return ALL
KEYS/GARAGE DOOR OPENERS to RentLuxuryHomes.com staff. Optional Maid service
can be arranged at your request.
All of our vacation properties are privately owned. Decor, style, colors
and inventories will vary. Each unit reflects the owners individual
taste and requirements. Every rental unit is furnished with pillows,
bedspreads, towels, beach towels, electronics, fully equipped kitchens with
refrigerators, stoves, pots/pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. NOTE: no
blankets, furniture, pillows, etc. CAN BE TAKEN FROM THE UNIT TO THE POOL OR
BEACH. Most of our rental unit owners maintain a locked closet or
utility room in their house or condo for their own personal use. Please
respect these closets for they are not to be disturbed. The condition of each
property varies according to the care given by the individual
owner. If you have a special request or need, please let
RentLuxuryHomes.com staff ahead of time.
All rental agreements are signed between the Tenant and the Homeowner.
As such, any legal obligation of Tenant and Homeowner to perform under the
Rental Agreement is made between the property owner and the prospective
Tenants. The advertiser, RentLuxuryHomes.com, has no legal responsibility for
any of the tenants and therefore will be held harmless in the event of any
legal action between the Tenant and the Homeowner.

agreement as shown below for booking clients into your property.
RentLuxuryhomes should be notified immediately if any damage is found and
agrees to photograph the damage. Any reduction of the security
deposit and refund of securtiy deposit to the Tenant will be the
homeowner’s responsibility. The security deposit should be
refunded within 15 days of the completion of the contract.
